HR Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong payroll expertise to manage end-to-end human resources operations. The ideal candidate will handle employee lifecycle management while ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements

Ensure payroll compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and benefits data

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities

Prepare HR reports related to payroll, headcount, and compliance

Coordinate with finance, auditors, and external payroll vendors (if applicable)

Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies

Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2–5 years of experience in HR with hands-on payroll management

Strong knowledge of payroll systems, statutory compliance, and labor laws

Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll software

Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience handling payroll for large or gig-based workforce

Knowledge of ESI, PF, TDS, WPS, or country-specific payroll laws

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
