Job Description
1. Strategic PlanningDevelop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services
- Identify target audience and plan campaigns accordingly
2. Brand ManagementBuild and maintain the hospital’s brand image
- Ensure consistent branding across all platforms
3. Digital MarketingManage website, SEO, social media, and online campaigns
- Monitor online reputation and patient reviews
4. Patient Acquisition & RetentionCreate campaigns to attract new patients
- Develop loyalty programs and engagement strategies for existing patients
5. Public Relations (PR)Handle media relations and press releases
- Organize health camps, events, and awareness programs
6. Market Research & AnalysisAnalyze market trends, competitors, and patient needs
- Use data to improve marketing performance
7. Internal CoordinationWork closely with doctors, management, and departments
- Ensure smooth communication between teams
8. Advertising & PromotionsPlan and execute advertising campaigns (online & offline)
