Hiring: Payroll cum Accounts Executive

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced Payroll cum Accounts Executive to handle payroll processing, accounting activities, and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly payroll processing and salary calculation

• PF, ESIC, TDS & statutory compliance

• TDS calculation, deduction and return filing

• GST calculation, reconciliation and return filing

• Maintain employee salary, attendance and leave records

• Prepare salary sheets, payslips and payroll reports

• Handle Tally/ERP accounting entries

• Bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance

• Accounts payable & receivable management

• Prepare invoices and manage vendor/customer accounts

• Maintain proper financial and payroll documentation

• Assist in monthly closing and MIS reports

Required Skills:

Education: B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance or equivalent

Preferred: Candidates with immediate/short notice period and strong hands-on experience in Payroll + Accounts + TDS + GST.
