Job Description

  • Provide professional pedicure and foot care services including basic and spa pedicures, foot massage, exfoliation, and nail care
  • Perform skincare services such as facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, and basic skin treatments
  • Analyze clients’ skin type and foot conditions to recommend suitable treatments and products
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation for tools, equipment, and workstations
  • Ensure client comfort, safety, and satisfaction during all services
  • Stay updated with the latest skincare and foot care trends, techniques, and products
  • Promote and upsell salon services and retail products based on client needs
  • Manage appointments efficiently and attend to walk-in clients professionally
  • Maintain client records including service history and preferences
  • Provide aftercare advice for skin and foot care maintenance
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth salon operations
