Job Description
We are looking for a practical and experienced Senior Accountant who can independently handle accounting, GST compliance, TDS working, reconciliations, and client coordination.
- This role is suitable for candidates who have prior experience in a CA firm, accounting firm, or taxation environment and are comfortable managing multiple accounting and compliance tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Complete accounting & bookkeeping in Tally Prime
- Preparation and filing support of:
- GSTR-1
- GSTR-3B
- Annual GST returns
- GST reconciliation & compliance working
- TDS calculation, deduction, reconciliation & return support
- Sales, purchase & ledger accounting
- Bank reconciliation & account scrutiny
- Assistance in finalization of accounts & financial statements
- Maintaining compliance calendars & due date tracking
- Coordination with clients for documents & data
- Basic handling/support for departmental notices & queries
- Preparation of MIS reports in Excel
Required Skills
- Must HaveStrong practical experience in Tally Prime
- Good knowledge of GST & TDS
- Experience in bookkeeping & reconciliations
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication & professional behaviour
- PreferredExperience in CA firm/accounting firm
- Knowledge of finalization of accounts
- Experience handling multiple clients
- Understanding of Income Tax compliance
