Job Title:Telecaller / Order Noting Executive – Two-Wheeler Spare Parts

Location:Lucknow

Job Type:Full-time

Salary:₹16,000 – ₹25,000/month (depending on experience)

Job Summary:We are looking for a Telecaller / Order Noting Executive who can handle incoming/outgoing calls from retailers, mechanics, distributors, and customers for two-wheeler spare parts orders. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of motorcycle spare parts, and the ability to record orders accurately.

• Key Responsibilities:Attend incoming calls from dealers, retailers, workshops, and customers.
• Take orders for two-wheeler spare parts accurately.
• Understand product requirements such as:
• Bike model
• Brand
• Part number
• Quantity
• Coordinate with sales team and warehouse for order processing.
• Follow up on pending orders and deliveries.
• Maintain daily call records and order entries.
• Inform customers about product availability, pricing, and offers.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Generate repeat business through regular customer follow-ups.
• Maintain database of dealers/mechanics/customers.
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi required; English/basic computer knowledge preferred)
• Knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts is a big advantage
• Basic MS Excel / billing software knowledge
• Good listening skills
• Accuracy in order noting
• Ability to handle multiple calls daily
• Customer handling skills
• Preferred Experience:1–3 years experience in telecalling/customer support/order booking
• Experience in automobile or two-wheeler spare parts industry preferred
• Freshers can apply if they have good communication skills
• Education:Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Performance Metrics (KPIs):Number of calls handled
• Order accuracy rate
• Customer satisfaction
• Repeat order conversion
• Daily sales/order volume
