Job Description

Abhishek Traders is a growing Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company focused on delivering reliable and cost-effective solar energy solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.


Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers (B2B & B2C) to generate leads and sales opportunities
  • Explain solar products, services, and benefits clearly to clients
  • Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into sales
  • Maintain and update customer databases and call records
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical team for site visits and closures
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets


Requirement

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
  • Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn


Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in telecalling or sales
  • Interest in renewable energy or solar industry
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
