Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update books of accounts.

Record daily financial transactions and prepare journal entries.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.

Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Process payroll and employee reimbursements.

Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Experience with Tally ERP, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software is preferred.
