Job Description

Job Title: Billing Executive

Job Description:

  • Generate GST invoices using Tally/ERP software.
  • Prepare bills, e-invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
  • Verify pricing, discounts, and product details before billing.
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams.
  • Maintain billing records and customer invoices.
  • Handle billing-related queries and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of GST, MS Excel, and Tally is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (B.Com preferred)
  • 1–3 years of billing experience
  • Knowledge of Tally, GST, and MS Excel
  • Good accuracy and attention to detail
