Collection Executive / Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Contact: Reach out to clients with overdue accounts via telephone, email, or in-person visits to discuss outstanding debts.
• Negotiation & Recovery: Negotiate payment plans and resolve queries to ensure timely recovery of payments while maintaining professional client relationships.
• Data & Record Management: Maintain detailed records of all interactions, payment commitments, and transaction updates in company software or CRM.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all collection activities adhere to legal regulations (e.g., RBI guidelines) and submit regular daily/weekly collection reports to senior management.
• Field Visits (if applicable): Conduct on-site visits to high-value or non-responsive customers for recovery.
