Job Title: Associate Financial Service Manager (AFSM)

Job Summary:
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is hiring dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the position of Associate Financial Service Manager (AFSM) under the Banca channel. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers at bank branches and converting leads into life insurance sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Bank branch par walk-in customers se interaction karna
Customers ki financial needs analyse karke suitable life insurance products suggest karna
Leads ko close karke insurance sales generate karna
Bank staff ke saath coordination maintain karna
Sales targets achieve karna as per company guidelines
Customer relationship maintain karna for future business opportunities
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduation mandatory
Experience: Minimum 1-2 year sales experience compulsory (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
Freshers are not eligible
Age Limit: 21 to 33 years
Compensation & Benefits:

Incentives + Commission (3% to 35%)
Tour/Trips performance-based

Conveyance Allowance – ₹24,000 per year
Mobile Recharge Allowance – ₹750 per month
