## *Job Title: Customer Care Executive (UK Process)*

### *Role Overview*

* *Shift Timing:* 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (UK Shift)

* *Salary:* ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

* *Experience:* 6 Months to 7 Years (Freshers with exceptional English may apply)

* *Education:* Minimum 12th Pass

### *Key Responsibilities*

* Handle inbound/outbound queries for our UK-based clients with professionalism.

* Provide accurate information regarding services and resolve customer issues effectively.

* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and empathetic communication.

* Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.

### *Requirements*

* *Fluency in English:* Must be able to speak clearly and professionally (neutral or UK-friendly accent is a plus).

* *Shift Flexibility:* Comfortable working the afternoon-to-night window (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM).

* *Tech Savvy:* Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

* *Experience:* Prior experience in International BPO/Customer Service is highly preferred.
