Job Description

Core Responsibilities


Reception & Front Desk Management

  • Greet visitors, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and take accurate messages.
  • Maintain a secure and clean reception area, including monitoring visitor logs and issuing badges.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.


Accounting & Bookkeeping Support

  • Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and cash/check handling.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks like managing petty cash and updating ledger entries.
  • Review, verify, and input vendor invoices and customer payments into the accounting system.
  • Reconcile accounts, follow up on outstanding or delinquent payments, and resolve billing discrepancies.


Administrative Duties

  • Maintain office inventory, track stock levels, and order supplies as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing conference room bookings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.



Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and staff.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage front-desk interruptions while maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks), MS Office (Excel, Word), and general office equipment.
  • Organization: High attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
