Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and calls.

Assist customers with order tracking, exchanges, returns, and refunds.

Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Provide proactive support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer support (preferably in e-commerce or fashion).

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus).

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.

Ability to handle multiple queries efficiently with attention to detail.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM tools is a plus.
