Job Description

CRM Manager – Tyres & Alloys Retail

We are seeking a results-driven CRM Manager to oversee customer relationship strategies for our tyres and alloys retail and vendor network. The role involves managing CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales leads, and service history while improving customer retention and satisfaction. The candidate will coordinate with retail outlets and vendors to ensure consistent customer experience and timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
