Job Description
A telecaller in digital marketing is an inside sales professional responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and selling digital services (SEO, PPC, social media) over the phone. They bridge the gap between digital marketing campaigns and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Making outbound calls to a curated database of potential clients to introduce digital marketing services.
- Lead Qualification: Assessing a prospect's business needs, budget, and interest before passing qualified leads to the sales or technical team.
- Pitching Services: Explaining the benefits of SEO, social media marketing, and pay-per-click (PPC) services clearly to business owners.
- Follow-ups: Nurturing prospects who previously showed interest by sending follow-up emails and scheduling meetings or demos.
- Data Management: Tracking all call activities, updating customer statuses, and logging feedback in a company's CRM.
