Position:Telecalling Executive –
Department:Sales & Customer Support
Job Summary:We are hiring energetic and confident Telecalling Executives (Girl/Boy) for handling customer calls related to Nut Bolt and Fasteners products. The candidate will be responsible for customer communication, enquiry handling, follow-ups, and supporting sales activities.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and dealers
- Introduce company products and services
- Handle customer enquiries and generate leads
- Follow up for quotations, payments, and orders
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Coordinate with sales and dispatch departments
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Support daily office sales activities
- Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer
- Hindi speaking mandatory
- Basic English communication preferred
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Positive attitude and teamwork
- Qualification:12th Pass / Graduate
- Fresher and experienced both can apply
