Job PurposeTo guide prospective students and parents, explain courses and career opportunities, convert enquiries into admissions, and ensure a smooth admission process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesStudent CounsellingCounsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and educational programs.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Handle walk-in enquiries, phone enquiries, and online leads.
• Admission ConversionFollow up with prospective students regularly.
• Convert enquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and guidance.
• Achieve monthly admission targets.
• Lead ManagementMaintain and update enquiry records in the CRM/database.
• Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Generate daily and weekly counselling reports.
• Documentation & Admission ProcessCollect and verify student documents.
• Assist students with application and admission procedures.
• Ensure all admission records are maintained accurately.
• Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with students and parents.
• Address concerns and resolve admission-related queries.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• CoordinationCoordinate with academic and operations teams for admission-related activities.
• Support marketing events, seminars, educational fairs, and promotional activities.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in counselling, admissions, telecalling, sales, or customer service.
• Female candidates preferred (if applicable as per company requirement).
• Married and settled candidates preferred.
• Age: 30+ years preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Tamil.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Counselling and persuasion skills.
• Follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
• Target-oriented approach.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Daily counselling sessions conducted.
• Follow-up completion percentage.
• Admission conversion ratio.
• Monthly admission target achievement.
• Student satisfaction and service quality.
• CRM/data update accuracy.

Working Hours:- 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM OR 11:30 TO 8:30
