🎯 Role Overview
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overall branch operations, including student admissions, team handling, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, sales focus, and the ability to manage daily center activities.

- 📈 Business & RevenueDrive student enrollments and revenue targets
- Plan and execute admission strategies
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance
- 👥 Team Management
- Handle telecallers, counsellors, and support staff
- Train, motivate, and monitor team performance
- Ensure target achievement by the team
- 📞 Admissions & CounsellingOversee student counselling and conversions
- Support team in closing high-value leads
- Ensure proper follow-up and lead tracking
- 🏢 Branch OperationsManage day-to-day center operations
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and workflow
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments
- 📊 Reporting & AnalysisPrepare daily/weekly reports
- Analyze:
- Low conversion ratio
- Low interview ratio
- Suggest improvement strategies
- 🤝 Customer RelationshipHandle parent/student queries
- Ensure good customer experience
- Resolve escalations professionally
