Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Sowndarya Traders in Madurai. In this role, you will be the face of our store, responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
- Key Responsibilities & TasksCustomer Assistance: Welcome customers to the store, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
- Sales Generation: Actively pitch products, explain features/pricing, and convert visitors into buyers to meet daily sales targets.
- Stock Management: Help in arranging, organizing, and replenishing inventory on the display shelves to keep the store presentable.
- Billing Coordination: Coordinate with the cash counter for quick processing of customer purchases.
- Store Upkeep: Ensure the counter and assigned retail areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
