We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Banking Loan Sales - Tele Callers to join our growing financial services team.
The role involves calling prospective customers, understanding their financial needs, and promoting suitable banking loan products.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers using the provided leads
- Explain loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, Car Loans & Credit Cards
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right loan solutions
- Generate quality leads and fix appointments for the sales/field team
- Follow up with interested customers for documentation and processing
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship building
Eligibility & Skills:
- Minimum 12th / Any Graduate
- Experience in banking/finance telecalling preferred (freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English (additional languages a plus)
- Convincing, confident, and customer-friendly approach
- Ability to work with targets and incentives
Work Details:
- Location: Office-based, KALAVASAL BYE-PASS ROAD, SS COLONY, OPP TO KFC
- Working Days: As per company policy
- Salary: Fixed salary + Attractive incentives
