Tally Operator

Job Summary:-The Tally Operator is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, data entry, invoice processing, GST-related entries, stock reconciliation, and day-to-day accounting activities using Tally ERP software. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in financial documentation, and coordination with internal departments for smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Data Entry

1. Enter purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers in Tally ERP.
2. Maintain accurate ledger accounts and daily accounting records.
3. Record bank transactions and perform bank reconciliation.
4. Prepare debit notes, credit notes, and invoices.

Billing & Documentation

1. Generate invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
2. Maintain vendor and customer records.
3. Verify bills, purchase orders, and payment details.

GST & Taxation

1. Maintain GST purchase and sales records.
2. Assist in GST return preparation and reconciliation.
3. Ensure proper documentation for tax compliance.

Inventory & Stock Management

1. Update stock entries in Tally.
2. Coordinate with store and purchase departments for stock reconciliation.
3. Maintain inward and outward stock records.
