Senior Accountant

• Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & ReportingManage daily accounting operations including sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Ensure timely closure of books with high accuracy

• 2. Revenue & Outlet ReconciliationReconcile daily sales from POS, aggregators (Zomato, Swiggy), and direct orders
• Track payment settlements, commissions, and discrepancies
• Monitor outlet-wise revenue performance

• 3. Cost Control & Food CostingMonitor food cost, wastage, and variance analysis across outlets
• Work closely with kitchen and operations teams for inventory control
• Ensure accurate recipe costing and margin tracking

• 4. Inventory & Stock ManagementOversee stock audits, variance reporting, and valuation
• Ensure proper recording of inward/outward inventory movements
• Implement systems to reduce pilferage and wastage

• 5. Compliance & TaxationHandle GST filings, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies

6. Payables & Receivables ManagementManage vendor payments, reconciliations, and credit cycles

• Track receivables from corporate clients and catering business
• Maintain healthy cash flow management

7. MIS & Business InsightsPrepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for management

• Analyze outlet-level profitability and key cost drivers
• Provide actionable insights to improve margins and efficiency
