Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Tandoor Cook to join our kitchen team. The candidate should be able to prepare delicious tandoori dishes while maintaining hygiene and food quality standards.


Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook tandoori items such as naan, roti, kebabs, tikka, and grilled dishes
  2. Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely
  3. Ensure proper marination and preparation of ingredients
  4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
  5. Monitor food quality and presentation standards
  6. Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food preparation
  7. Follow all food safety and kitchen guidelines


Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Tandoor Cook in a restaurant or hotel
  • Knowledge of Indian tandoori cuisine
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
