Job Description
- Main Work:Prepare Indian dishes like curry, biryani, kebab, naan, roti, and tandoori items
- Use tandoor oven safely for cooking naan, chicken, fish, and kebabs
- Cut and clean vegetables, chicken, meat, and fish
- Prepare masala and food ingredients before cooking
- Keep kitchen clean and follow hygiene rules
- Check food quality and taste before serving
- Work with kitchen team and follow instructions from Head Chef
- Maintain stock of food items and report shortages
- Skills Needed:Basic knowledge of Indian cooking
- Experience in tandoor cooking is preferred
- Hardworking and able to work long hours
- Teamwork and discipline
- Ability to work fast during busy time
