Pre Sales Consultant

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused On-Site Pre-Sales Consultant to handle walk-in clients, lead management, and site visit coordination. The candidate will be responsible for explaining project details to prospective customers, generating interest, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and manage walk-in clients at the site office.
• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead follow-ups.
• Coordinate and schedule site visits with interested customers.
• Maintain proper customer data and follow-up records in CRM/software.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients and address their queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and closures.
• Ensure excellent customer experience during site visits.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation and visit targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in real estate pre-sales/sales will be preferred.
• Comfortable with calling, client interaction, and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Presentable personality with a professional approach.
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays if required.
• Preferred SkillsStrong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Customer handling and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
