Field Credit & Collection Officer

KPS Micro Services Foundation, Meerut is hiring hard-working Field Credit & Collection Officers for daily field work in Meerut.

Job Role:

• Daily loan collection from customers in the assigned Meerut and nearby area (door-to-door / field visits)

• Field verification of new loan customers — identity, address, and business/income check

• Follow-up on overdue accounts in a firm but respectful manner

• Maintain daily collection records and update entries in the company system

• Deposit collected cash to office/bank on the same day

• Build good relationships with customers and ensure timely repayment

Requirements:

• 10th pass or above

• Age 21–40 years

• Own two-wheeler + valid Driving Licence

• Smartphone (must know basic use)

• Meerut local resident (within 15 km of office preferred)

• Basic reading ability in English and Hindi

• Experience in Microfinance / NBFC / Insurance / Chit Fund / Bank DSA collection is preferred (Freshers with the right attitude can also apply)

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed salary ₹10,800 – ₹13,000/month + performance incentive

• Petrol allowance + Mobile allowance

• Earning potential up to ₹16,500/month with incentives

• Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, weekly off (rotational)

Documents needed after selection:

Aadhaar card, PAN card, Driving Licence, bank passbook, 2 photographs, previous employer experience/relieving letter, and 2 local references.

Note: Police verification and one local guarantor are required before joining. KPS does not charge any fee from candidates at any stage.
