R&D Lab Technician

Role

& responsibilities

1) Test, debug and qualification according to internal standards and customer requirements.

2) Integrate and adapt existing designs and platforms to new customer requirements.

3) Responsible for the HW technical documentation with respect of the HW development methodology and the design review preparation.

4) End to end design including but not limited Schematics, Testing and Validation (Rapid Prototyping).

5) Support hardware engineers in developing prototyping of electronics (PCB, Assembly and qualification)

6) Study and recommend corrective/improvement solutions for technical challenges/new products.

7) Perform Endurance/Validation test cycle for LED Driver / LED light

8) Develop and execute test plans that generate characterization data to validate the performance of the design.

9) Participates in the conceptualization, detail engineering, development, documentation and test plan of product.

10) Create and release system level PCB drawings & bill of materials (BOM)

11) Comprehensive benchmarking of competitor product.

Preferred

candidate profile

1) Educational Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electronics or equivalent

2) Minimum Experience: 2 years, preferable in Testing/Validation of Electronics.

3) Knowledge of Analog Electronic fundamentals.

4) Basic understanding of electronic components and it's packages

5) Fresher are also welcome

Desirable

Skills:

1) Circuit simulations using Pspice.

2) Testing and troubleshooting of PCB assemblies.

3) Hands on experience with PCB CAD Tool Or CAD capture CIS

4) Hands on experience in single sided and double sided PCB layout design

5) Well versed in using Oscilloscope, Signal generators, power supplies, network analyzers, Spectrometer.
