Job Description

*Job Responsibilities:*


Greet customers and assist them with their purchase requirements.

Explain product features, prices, and offers to customers.

Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.

Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card payments.

Maintain product displays and ensure the counter is clean and organized.

Monitor stock availability and inform the supervisor about low inventory.

Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.


*Requirements:*


Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer and billing knowledge.

Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.


*Preferred Skills:*


Sales and customer handling.

Basic MS Office/POS billing knowledge.

Ability to work in shifts and on weekends, if required.
