Job Description

Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products.

Measure product dimensions using tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring tapes.

Identify defects, damages, or deviations from specifications.

Record inspection results and prepare quality reports.

Ensure products comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Separate defective products and report quality issues to supervisors.

Assist in investigating the causes of defects and suggest improvements.

Monitor production processes to maintain consistent quality.
