Job Description
Job Title: Voice process executive, Location - Mohali
LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINER

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and professional responses.
- Work in rotational shifts with rotational week offs.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work from office only.
