Civil Site Engineer

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, and other public works. The role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, construction processes, and safety standards.

• Responsibilities:Design & Planning: Develop plans and designs for construction projects, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, buildings, etc.
• Project Management: Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Site Inspection & Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure work complies with design, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with architects, contractors, urban planners, and other engineers to ensure all aspects of the project are coordinated.
• Prepare Reports: Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and risk assessments for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Cost Estimation: Assist in cost estimation and procurement processes for materials, labor, and equipment required for projects.
• Sustainability Focus: Incorporate sustainable practices and materials in designs to reduce environmental impact.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Civil Engineer or in a related engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred but not required.
