About the Role:

Stareye Media & Entertainment is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat support.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service.
• Generate and qualify leads through customer interactions and follow-up calls.
• Record and update customer information in the system.
• Provide accurate information about company services and processes.
• Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.
• Meet daily productivity and service quality targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented attitude with patience and empathy.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.
