Education Counsellor

Job Description :

Seeking for dynamic, target driven, Education counsellors, who will be counselling students for renowned universities in North.

The role involves proactive tele calling, handling student and parent inquires, counselling prospective students and converting leads into successful admissions while consistently achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Tele calling and lead management
• Counselling the students / parents regarding university programs , eligibility criteria, admission process, fee structure, scholarships and key dates.
• Conduct cold calling and regular follow-ups on assigned leads and maintaining accurate records
• Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective students & parents from provided lead database
• Strong follow-up till lead is converted into admission
• Strong interpersonal, persuasive and relationship building skills.
• Target oriented mindset with professional phone etiquette.
