Job Description – HR Executive

**Position:** HR Executive

**Location:** Mohali

**Package:** 4.32

* Graduate / Post Graduate mandatory

* Age limit: Up to 28 years

* 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, training coordination, or employee engagement

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint

* Strong execution and data management skills

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and manage training arrangements, schedules, and logistics

* Support and drive employee engagement activities and programs

* Maintain and manage training and engagement-related MIS/data

* Prepare reports, presentations, and trackers using Excel and PowerPoint

* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors

* Process and manage vendor payments and related documentation

* Ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives and activities

* Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

 Required Skills

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Strong coordination and multitasking abilities

* Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

* Attention to detail and data accuracy

* Team player with good interpersonal skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Candidates from HR Operations, Training Coordination, or Employee Engagement background preferred

* Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
