Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in design, development, and manufacturing of orthopaedic implants, instruments, and medical devices.
  • Prepare and interpret 2D drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation.
  • Work on CAD software for product design and modifications.
  • Coordinate with production, CNC/VMC programming, and quality teams for manufacturing support.
  • Optimize manufacturing processes for better productivity and precision.
  • Support fixture development, tooling design, and process improvement activities.
  • Conduct engineering analysis, testing, and validation of products and assemblies.
  • Ensure compliance with medical manufacturing and quality standards.
  • Participate in R&D and new product development projects.
  • Maintain BOMs, process sheets, and engineering records.
