Job Title: Building Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Building Supervisor who can handle day-to-day administrative operations on the ground. This is a field-based role, not a desk job. The candidate should be comfortable managing housekeeping staff, coordinating with vendors, and handling inventory and purchases.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage housekeeping staff across office locations
• Coordinate with vendors for services, supplies, and maintenance work
• Handle vendor billing and reconciliation
• Manage inventory (tracking, ordering, and maintaining stock levels)
• Take care of office purchases and ensure timely availability of materials
• Visit different locations as required to ensure smooth operations
• Resolve day-to-day admin issues on-site
• Requirements:Prior experience in admin/operations role
• Experience in handling housekeeping staff and vendors
• Basic understanding of inventory and purchase management
• Comfortable with field work and traveling locally
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
