Real Estate Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, project coordination, team management, and client handling for our real estate and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of projects, operational efficiency, vendor coordination, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of real estate and construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, architects, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and operational performance.
• Handle vendor management, procurement, and resource planning.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance processes.
• Track project progress and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Manage team productivity and workflow across departments.
• Prepare MIS reports and operational updates for management.
• Ensure quality standards and timely completion of projects.
• Improve operational systems and business processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in real estate, construction, or operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of project management and vendor handling.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and operational planning.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
