Job Description

Job Title: Accounts & HR ExecutiveLocation : Mohali, PunjabAbout Anuprayaas SolutionsAnuprayaas Solutions is a social enterprise working towards making India accessible and inclusive for persons with disabilities through accessibility infrastructure, inclusive design, and disability inclusion initiatives across railways, metros, public infrastructure, corporates, and institutions.

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and organized Accounts & HR Executive who can efficiently manage day-to-day accounts operations while also supporting HR and administrative functions.

Role OverviewThe primary responsibility of this role is to manage accounts, billing, payroll coordination, vendor payments, and financial documentation while additionally supporting HR operations such as attendance, onboarding, employee records, and office administration.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both finance and people coordination responsibilities in a growing and fast-paced work environment.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance ManagementCreate and manage Proforma Invoices, GST Invoices, Purchase Orders, and Quotations using billing software.
  • Maintain records of expenses, reimbursements, vendor payments, and office bills.
  • Coordinate with CA/accounting consultants for GST, TDS, and compliance documentation.
  • Process monthly payroll and maintain salary records.
  • Verify employee timesheets and attendance for payroll processing.
  • Maintain organized financial records, invoices, challans, and payment documentation.
  • Track receivables, pending payments, and vendor settlements.
  • Support budgeting and expense tracking for projects and operations.




  • Human Resource ManagementSupport recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
  • Manage employee files, contracts, and policy documentation.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Assist in organizing team engagement activities and internal meetings.
  • Support employee communication and day-to-day HR coordination.


  • Administration & Office CoordinationEnsure smooth day-to-day office administration.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and operations teams.
  • Maintain office documentation and operational records.
  • Support procurement and inventory-related documentation.
  • Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounts, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Accounts, Administration, HR, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and billing/accounting software.
  • Basic understanding of GST invoicing, payroll processing, and bookkeeping.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Prior experience with HR coordination and office administration will be an added advantage.
