Job Profile: GST Compliance Executive
Key Responsibilities
- GST Compliance & Filing
- Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6, GSTR-9, and other applicable returns
- Reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC) and ensure accurate claim under Rule 36(4)
- Monitor outward/inward supplies and e-invoicing compliance
- Filing refund applications under GST
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain updated records of GST filings, reconciliations, and correspondence
- Prepare monthly compliance dashboards and MIS reports for management
- Regulatory Updates & Training
- Track changes in GST law and notify relevant departments
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: CA Inter/ CMA Inter/M.Com/ B.Com with experience in Indirect Tax (GST)
- Experience: 1–5 years in GST compliance, preferably in manufacturing or large enterprise setups
Skills:
- Understanding of GST Act and Rules
- Good interpretation skills
- Proficiency in Excel and GSTN portal
- Good communication
