Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Counselors to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding and counseling students over calls regarding courses, career options, and admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and handle inbound inquiries
- Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and program benefits
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain proper records of calls and student interactions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Handle student queries and provide complete course information
- Build and maintain good relationships with students
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of education/courses (preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Target-oriented and positive attitude
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers are welcome; prior tele calling/counseling experience is an advantage
