• Manage and drive sales team performance in healthcare insurance process
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Monitor calls, guide team members, and improve conversion rates
• Handle client coordination and ensure service quality

🎯 Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in BPO sales (Healthcare/Insurance preferred)
• Prior experience as Team Leader/AM in sales process
• Strong communication & leadership skills
