Job Title:- Visa Counselor

Department:- Visa & immigration service

Reports to:- Branch Manager/ Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities and Skills :-

• Profile Assessment for evaluate client qualifications, travel history, and financial standing to recommend the most viable visa pathways.
• Meet counseling and conversion targets where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Client counseling and relationship management.
• communication and presentation skills.
• Problem solving and analytical skill and time management and multitasking.
• Counsel clients regarding visa options, immigration procedures, and travel requirements.

Preferred Experience:-               

• 1-5 years of experience in visa counseling, immigration counsultancy, oversesa education counseling, or travel services.
• Familiarity with visa procedures for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc. is preferred.

Required Qalification :-

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preferred).
• Experience in visa counseling, immigration counsultancy, oversesa education counseling, or travel services.
• Strong knowledge of visa and immigration processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
