AC Technician

ob SummaryWe are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to carry out the installation, testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems. The candidate should have practical experience in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects and be capable of working independently while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, test, and commission HVAC equipment including:
• Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
• VRV/VRF Systems
• Split, Cassette, and Ductable AC Units
• Package Units
• Ventilation and Exhaust Systems
• Carry out chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, ducting, insulation, and associated accessories installation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Check refrigerant pressures, temperatures, airflow, water flow, and system performance.
• Replace compressors, expansion valves, motors, bearings, filters, belts, and electrical components when required.
• Perform vacuuming, nitrogen pressure testing, leak testing, refrigerant charging, and system balancing.
• Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and inspection records.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer recommendations and project specifications.
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and BMS teams during project execution.
• Follow all safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and company HSE guidelines.
• Attend emergency breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
