Account Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage daily

accounting activities, ensure accurate financial records, and efficiently handle vendor

payments. The ideal candidate should have strong reconciliation skills and a good

command of advanced Excel.

Role Description

➢ Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis

➢ Manage ledger reconciliation and ensure accuracy of accounts

➢ Process and track vendor payments

➢ Maintain proper accounting records and documentation

➢ Assist in month-end and year-end closing

➢ Prepare MIS reports using Advanced Excel

➢ Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for account-related queries

Eligibility Criteria

A. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

B. Required Experience and skills: 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance

roles with below mentioned skills:

● Strong knowledge of bank & ledger reconciliation

● Good understanding of vendor payment processes

C. Softwares Known: Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas,

etc.), Experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting tools is preferred.

D. Mindset:

● Good communication and coordination abilities

● Should be willing to embrace a start-up culture of iterations, failed attempts,

ambiguity etc

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
