Job Description
📌 Job Opening: Account Executive
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage our day-to-day accounting activities and assist in the preparation of GST data.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounts, including recording transactions and updating ledgers
- Prepare and organize GST data for monthly/quarterly filings
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and vendor/customer accounts
- Support the finance team in daily operational tasks
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting records
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience with Tally/ERP or similar accounting software (preferred)
- Understanding of GST rules and documentation
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management skills
