Job Description
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and ledger entries.
- Invoicing & Billing: Generate invoices for customers and track accounts receivable.
- Payments: Process vendor payments, employee expense reports, and petty cash.
- Compliance: Manage TDS, GST filings, and assist with audit preparation.
- Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliation and manage cash flow documentation.
- Correspondence: Handle emails, telephone calls, and incoming/outgoing mail.
- Documentation: Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Procurement: Coordinate with vendors to purchase office supplies and equipment.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling meetings, calendar management, and organizing company events.
