Job Description

Operate batching plant and ensure smooth concrete production

Maintain correct mix design and material proportion (cement, sand, aggregate, water, admixture)

Monitor plant during production and troubleshoot basic issues

Maintain daily production and dispatch records

Coordinate with site team for timely supply of concrete

Check raw material stock and inform for timely procurement

Ensure plant cleanliness and basic maintenance

Follow all safety and quality standards
