Hiring: Front Desk Executive

Experience: 1–3 years in hotel / resort reception


What you will do:

✅ Guest check-in / check-out and billing

✅ Handle room and event booking calls & WhatsApp

✅ Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness

✅ Manage PMS software and daily records

✅ Handle guest queries professionally


Requirements:

• Good Hindi + English communication

• Hotel front desk experience preferred

• Familiar with PMS / reservation software

• Smart, presentable, and guest-friendly


Salary: Negotiable

Shift: Rotational (weekends required)
