Accountant

Skin Philosophy is a luxury aesthetics clinic in Khar West. We are hiring an experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant to manage the day-to-day finances of the clinic and ensure all statutory filings are submitted accurately and on time. You will work closely with our CA on year-end filings and audits.

**The role**

You will own the bookkeeping and statutory compliance for the business, including:

- Day-to-day bookkeeping (sales, purchases, expenses, petty cash, bank reconciliation)

- Monthly GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconciliation

- TDS deduction, payment, and quarterly returns (Form 26Q)

- Vendor and supplier payments

- Staff payroll and payslip processing

- Maintaining accurate records in Zoho Books and Xero

- Monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting to the founder

- Liaising with our CA for year-end filings and audits

**You must have**

- 3+ years of bookkeeping / accounting experience in India

- Hands-on experience filing GST and TDS returns independently

- Working knowledge of Zoho Books (Xero experience a strong plus)

- Strong Excel skills

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- B.Com or equivalent qualification (CA Inter / part-qualified a plus)

**Hours and location**

9:00am–6:00pm IST, Monday–Friday, on-site at our Khar West clinic.
